We ask you to be mindful of other members and return your toys on time, however, we do understand that sometimes life gets messy / complicated - You are able to renew any standard hire toys yourself via our online system or by emailing us at office@eastsidetoylibrary.com

All premium hire toys (Outdoor, Ride On, and Sand & Water Play Toys) are unable to be renewed at all between November and March, and will only be renewed at the discretion of the Kaitiaki for the rest of the year. To request a renewal in this case please email us, including the reason for the requested renewal

Toys have to be returned on time to ensure everyone gets a chance to play. Late toys will incur a fine per week they are overdue - this is charged at a rate of $3.00 per toy per week

You will not be able to borrow any more toys until all overdue toys are returned and the respective fines have been paid
